We scope the work together before anything starts, then agree a fixed price in writing. The examples on this page are typical reference points. Your project might cost more or less depending on complexity and scope.
Do you work under NDA?
Yes. You can send yours to sign, or I can provide one. Either way, it's in place before you share any details about your idea.
Who do you work with?
Founders launching new products, businesses building or scaling their tech, and teams that need an outside technical perspective. Non-technical clients are welcome too. That's usually where the advice makes the biggest difference.
Can I start with a one-off and move to a retainer?
Yes, that's the most common path. Most clients start with a Tech Clarity Session or a scoped piece of work, then move to a monthly retainer. No obligation beyond the initial engagement.
Do you build the product or just advise?
Both. For strategy and advisory I work in a consulting capacity. For integrations and automations I build and deliver. For full product development, I'll help you find and brief the right team.
